Sallamander Manufacturing CC is a business in the retail trade industry that supplies essential oils, herbal supplements, and skin care products.
- Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, online and email orders will be processed or refunded within 3 days within receipt of your banking details. Any delivery will be confirmed by way of email (primary form of communication), text message or telephone.
You may also wish to collect an order or come in to make a purchase yourself.
All purchases are subject to availability.
If delivery is required, we usually deliver via ‘The Courier Guy’ and you will be able to choose the method of delivery via options on our shopping cart while processing your order / supply your choice of delivery via the telephone or email.
When an order has been processed for delivery or collection, we alert you to the fact that it will be shipped/is available to be collected and we supply the waybill reference (if required) in the alert, as well as the method to track delivery on The Courier Guy’s website (if required).
- The online payment system provided by PayGate on this website is available to South African clients only.
- Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Sallamander Manufacturing CC is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability and a purchase has been made, Sallamander Manufacturing CC will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will not attract an administration fee.
Should goods be returned after purchase, a refund will be made to the client on receipt of the goods returned, provided that the good are received at our offices within 30 days of the date of the order. Any delivery costs will not be refunded
Cancellation of orders will not attract an administration fee. It may occur that an order is already on the way to you and you want to cancel the order. In this case a refund will not be offered, and the goods will have to be returned to our offices in their original condition before a refund will be processed.
We do NOT refund in cash. All refunds have to be paid to the card used to make the purchase / to the bank account used to make the purchase.
- Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Sallamander Manufacturing CC bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
- Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Sallamander Manufacturing CC via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African
Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
- Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Sallamander Manufacturing CC) separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site.

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
- Responsibility
Sallamander Manufacturing CC takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
