Delivery to countries outside of South Africa (Overseas Delivery)
We do not offer an online shopping cart for international shoppers.
If you require delivery outside of the borders of South Africa, please send us an email [email protected] listing the products you require, your complete delivery address, your name and surname and telephone number / mobile number. We will send you a quote in response.
Method of payment for International shoppers
You can pay us via PayPal (we will send you a payment link / or you can simply log into your PayPal account and pay ‘[email protected])’. You do not need to have a PayPal account and can pay using their ‘guest’ service – we pay any extra fees charged by PayPal (your credit card provider – not PayPal – may charge additional fees for an overseas transaction). Custom’s duty and handling fee may be levied by your local authorities and you will have to pay the duty – this is not prepaid by us.
Delivery in South Africa
You have the option of choosing Overnight (R133. 00) or Economy (R104. 00) delivery options. We deliver via The Courier Guy. You can also choose to collect if you would prefer to collect yourself / your own courier / a third party. We will let you know when the parcel can be collected from our premises during business hours: 135 Horak Street, Peerless Park East, Kraaifontein, 7570, Cape Town.
Delivery to to Farms, Small holdings and Townships may attract extra delivery fees. Please check with us before placing an order so that we can get a quote for you.
Orders received before 09:00 will be processed the same day and your order will be dispatched via Courier.
Overnight method will typically take 1 to 3 business days and Economy method will typically take 3-5 business days.
Please use ORDER NOTES in Check-Out for any special instructions regarding Delivery.
You will be notified via email or SMS when the parcel is dispatched – your waybill number for the parcel will be included.
Our South African courier company is the The Courier Guy (www.thecourierguy.co.za) and delivery can take up to 5 business days – Monday to Friday (weekend and public holidays excluded). The delivery time depends on the delivery option you choose.
