Procedure to follow
Should you feel that you are not satisfied with your purchase, send an e-mail to [email protected] to notify us that you will be returning the product.In your mail briefly outline what you think the problem is, and also include your order number, which was issued when you placed the order.Your mail is then kept on file, until the returned product is received at our office.PLEASE NOTE Products must be returned and received in the same condition in which they were sent out, and it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the merchandise is packed securely enough to ensure that the products will not be damaged on their return to our offices. The parcel and all documents must be clearly marked “RETURNED GOODS – FOR CREDIT” on the outside of the parcel and the accompanying documentation to facilitate processing the refund. We request a signed letter to accompany the returned products. Although we guarantee our products, we are not in business to supply unscrupulous and dishonest people with free products at our expense – which we have found does happen, after being in business for so many years – and for that reason we request a signed letter from the client. |
