When people buy from a company unknown to them, or a particular product not previously purchased, they would like to know what the return policy of the company is.
We spend a great deal of time and money to produce effective products and do not believe in selling empty promises.
All our products are well researched, tested, effective and in some cases are clinically tested, and for that reason we never have many returned items.
But if you find that our products have not performed in the way in which we said they would, then you are welcome to return your purchase for a refund.
We will re-fund you the cost of the product/s, to your credit card, after receipt of the returned product/s, minus the shipping cost.
Procedure to follow
Should you feel that you are not satisfied with your purchase, send an e-mail to [email protected] to notify us that you will be returning the product.
In your mail briefly outline what you think the problem is, and also include your order number, which was issued when you placed the order.
Your mail is then kept on file, until the returned product is received at our office.
| PLEASE NOTE Products must be returned and received in the same condition in which they were sent out, and it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the merchandise is packed securely enough to ensure that the products will not be damaged on their return to our offices. The parcel and all documents must be clearly marked “RETURNED GOODS – FOR CREDIT” on the outside of the parcel and the accompanying documentation to facilitate processing the refund. We request a signed letter to accompany the returned products. Although we guarantee our products, we are not in business to supply unscrupulous and dishonest people with free products at our expense – which we have found does happen, after being in business for so many years – and for that reason we request a signed letter from the client. |
Cancellation of orders
If an order is cancelled after we shipped it, you may, by return post, send back the unopened parcel to us, and upon receipt of the parcel we will refund your money and process a refund of the charge, minus the shipping cost.
